A great VPN service, definitely does the job

This VPN is very simple and user friendly, which I haven’t seen in many other VPN’s, and VPN’s like Privatix or MightyVPN send you these obstructive messages prompting you to turn the VPN on every five minutes, with this VPN it just sends you a simple and small message to notify you. If this VPN was free and unlimited, I would see this company thriving, But I guess there’s reasons why it can’t be free, the company needs money to maintain itself, maybe in the future they’ll expand and give the free users more data or unlimited data, But then that would make subscriptions worthless, as I am assigned. Anyways, overall this is a great VPN service, without it I wouldn’t have known that my own friends house WiFi was attacked, I would recommend this simple and easy to use VPN to anyone, although it’s not completely free, I would recommend subscribing for your mobile device, as I take my iPhone everywhere connecting to multiple networks, so this works best for me, and $1.95 a month won’t blow a hole in your wallet, as much as a cheap McDonald’s coffee.. Bought the VPN Unlimited lifetime plan with some big discount. At first I thought that there's nothing to loose with a proposed price and it is always good to have a spare VPN at hand when needed. But I was really surprised about the service. Connection speeds, user support (although I don't need much of it but used it couple of times), choice of server's location. Everything is good and better than average VPN providers. I have tried a lot of them like CyberGhoust, BlackVPN, ibVPN (this one is good too), NordVPN. To my humble opinion VPN Unlimited is one of the best! I use several slots on different devices (mobile phone, PC, router, pfSense) and they can work for months without the need of rebooting and connection losing. The privacy concerns? Well, there are no VPN providers that will keep your data safe if they have a warrant. I'm absolutely sure that EVERY VPN provider keeps all the logs of all your connections. So you can't get 100% privacy while using bought VPN. You just have to keep that in mind. With time VPN Unlimited dramatically improves their application with new features added. So I can't say anything bad about that company.

Not all it's cracked up to be

Instructions are difficult for the layperson to find let alone understand. Purchased this service with a router from flashedrouters. Any company that fills the internet with reviews about how easy it is to use and its great customer service yet only offers 'chat or email' customer service during a mere 5 hours per day only 5 days a week vs. offering SALES support 24/7 is more hype than substance. I spent almost $700 between a year of service and a pre-flashed router that works with their service. I did a lot of online research which has lead me to one conclusion... It is not that difficult to BUY a false online reputation. I am a real user and will be interested to see if vpnMentor actually publishes this review. I can show receipts for my purchases, I wonder how many of these 5-star reviews can do the same.

Sleazy Company

Don't forget to cancel your subscription before your it is automatically renewed because they will not allow to cancel after they bill you. Horrible practice. There are better options with much better performance. The android app is very annoying.

Terrible VPN--don't take the bait

40.00 for a lifetime subscription may seem like a great deal, but not if it's a useless VPN. No indication when you ask for a refund after constant problems that they work through stack commerce--a no-refund policy company. Messed up my laptop and very very slow. I'd give 0 stars if I could. Stay away!!!
